Beal Botanical Garden Tour: Plant and Insect Inter-Dependency

Tours begin near the shed in the garden.  In case of severe weather, please join us in the library for a virtual tour of the garden.

Plants and insects have perfected inter-twining their life-cycles since about the time the very first land-plants arrived on the beach. Join Beal Botanical Garden assistant curator Peter Carrington in an exploration of how much animal life and plant life are totally dependent upon each other. From food to mating and shelter we are all (insects included) truly one world.
