SLXD: Leveraging Undergraduate Learning Assistants for High-Impact Teaching and Student Success

SLXD: Leveraging Undergraduate Learning Assistants for High-Impact Teaching and Student Success In-Person / Online

When it comes to student success, the responsibilities are not entirely on instructors' shoulders. Are you aware of the many programs and services that MSU offers to all students? Take the Undergraduate Learning Assistant (ULA) program as an example; it provides support in creating an enriching and supportive educational environment in lectures, recitations, and labs. Join this session to learn more about the services you can use and refer students to in order to maximize their success. When all students are supported, we are stronger together.

Upon completion of this learning experience, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key MSU programs and services that support student success
  • Utilize the Undergraduate Learning Assistant (ULA) program to enhance educational environments
  • Refer students to appropriate resources and services to address their academic and personal needs
