Inclusive Pedagogy Special Topics: Inclusive Feedback Practices for Educators ***Walk-ins Welcome*** In-Person

This workshop provides educators with the frameworks and resources needed to center inclusive feedback practices across disciplines. We will discuss frameworks for feedback and how to center linguistic justice and inclusion within feedback for learners.

Upon completion of this learning experience, participants will be able to:

  • Understand Inclusive Feedback Principles: Describe how different feedback modalities and choices affect learners' experiences
  • Understand Linguistic Justice: Define key terms (e.g., linguistic justice, MAE) and examine how language, identity, and power intersect in education
  • Apply Across Disciplines: Discuss how linguistic justice can look different across academic fields and teaching contexts.
