Designing your MSU Syllabus Drop-ins Welcome Online

In this webinar, you'll learn all about syllabi at MSU. Covered topics include syllabus design, requirements and policies; considerations for more inclusive syllabi; MSU resources and templates; and helping your students engage with the syllabus. The session will conclude with a question period.

Upon completion of this learning experience, participants will be able to:

Understand your syllabus as a learning tool AND an agreement within your classroom community.
Understand which syllabus components are mandatory and which are optional, and the value of not overwhelming students with information
Consider inclusion and flexibility in course design
Locate MSU and unit resources available to help support you build your syllabus
