Ensuring that Excel documents are accessible is crucial for making information available to everyone, including users with disabilities. In this training session we will cover basic accessibility practices for Microsoft Excel to help participants become more proficient in creating inclusive and user-friendly spreadsheets. We will cover practical techniques and best practices for leveraging Excel's built-in features for creating accessible content, such as utilizing alt text for images and charts, employing logical and meaningful cell structures, and ensuring content meets color contrast requirements.
