Investigating the Relationship of Quality Matters (QM) on Online Student Engagement in Higher Education Online
As online education expands, maintaining high-quality standards is paramount. Quality Matters (QM) offers a structured framework for online course design, yet empirical evidence establishing a direct correlation between QM standards and student engagement outcomes is scarce. This research study aims to investigate this relationship and assess whether QM-certified courses facilitate more engaging learning experiences. Furthermore, it seeks to identify the specific QM criteria that may exert the most significant influence on student engagement.
