Friday Fika: Educator Network Virtual Gathering

Friday Fika: Educator Network Virtual Gathering Online

Fika (pronounced “fee-kuh”, and it’s used as both a verb and a noun) is a typical Swedish tradition where you take time out of your day to pause and enjoy a hot drink and a snack. According to Matthias Kamann, “...fika is a great way to exchange knowledge, opinions about what's going on... and generally bond with your colleagues. Resulting in better productivity for the company and better wellbeing for each employee.” Join educators from around MSU's network for an informal hour of comradery, community, and coffee (if you're so inclined). Hosted virtually on the last Friday of each month, this is a moment for you to protect time and engage with others sharing your role/passions. *We make every effort to employ Universal Design for Learning in CTLI programming. If you have specific accommodation needs to participate in this offering, please contact Makena Neal (mneal@msu.edu).
