TIPS on Supporting International Student Success

TIPS on Supporting International Student Success In-Person / Online

The Teaching Improvement and Practice Series (TIPS) is a collaboration between Office of Undergraduate Education and Center For Teaching and Learning Innovation. We'll host this hybrid program on the first Friday of each month from 12-1:30pm.

This professional development series brings together educators from across campus to share innovative approaches, effective strategies, and practical insights. Enhance your classroom techniques, elevate your curriculum development, and refine your pedagogical methods through engaging sessions and peer discussions.

In the month of February, we're excited to welcome Opal Bartzis & Joyce Meier, the co-facilitators of the Learning Community for Supporting International Student Success, as our TIPS partners.

Regardless of your title or role, if you contribute to the teaching & learning, student success, and/or outreach missions of the university, YOU are an educator and we look forward to learning with and from you. If you're interested in beings a TIPS guest presenter, or have someone you'd like to nominate, please email teaching@msu.edu.

Please note this is a hybrid event. The registered in-person attendees will be provided lunch: location for this session is W207 in the Main Library. Virtual participation will be via Zoom
