Copyright for Artists, Writers, and Other Creators – Sharing and Empowering Others with Open Licensing (hybrid workshop) In-Person

Got copyright confusion? If you are a creator, you have rights! As a copyright holder, you control how your creation can be shared by others and/or utilized to create something new. Come learn about copyright, copyright registration, and how to license your work to communicate with others about your preferences. Open licenses set specific limits but can also empower others. This workshop is a part of Celebrating Open Education 2025, co-sponsored by the MSU Libraries' OER Program and the Associated Students of MSU Academic Affairs Office.
