Coordinated Care: Advisor-Instructor Partnerships to Identify and Support Academically At-Risk Students In-Person / Online
Join us for a collaborative discussion on how advisors and instructors can work together to support academically at-risk students. This session will highlight best practices for identifying struggling students early, coordinating outreach, and sharing strategies to promote academic recovery. Participants will explore effective communication strategies and practical tips to create a seamless support network that keeps students on track. Please come ready to share!
Upon completion of this learning experience, participants will be able to:
- Identify early signs of academic risk and discuss effective methods for timely student intervention
- Explore strategies for coordinated communication and outreach between advisors and instructors
- Share and apply best practices to support students’ academic recovery and long-term success.
