“They don’t train us for this”: Drawing on your academic expertise to enhance your impact as a leader In-Person
This workshop offers hands-on activities to identify and build upon ways that your academic field of training enhance your impact as a higher education leader.. The workshop will focus on how your home discipline/academic field provides knowledge and skills for addressing complex problems in higher education, such as how to enact values-driven leadership in times of crisis and how to work for culture change. A leader might be someone with a job role as an administrator or might be involved in leadership and change in a wide variety of ways, and all are welcome.
