Artist Workshop: Turning Your Stories and Scholarship into a Game In-Person

Join the DSL Graduate Arts Fellow, Jameson Reid (PhD student in Writing and Rhetoric) in a workshop on the first stages of game development. Participants will discuss how the mechanics and interaction of games can change the way their ideas are communicated. Then, participants will engage in hands-on activities to explore the meanings and affordances of game mechanics. No technical skills are required as the workshop will be centered around ideas.
