Native and Indigenous Comic Representation: A Murray & Hong Special Collections Pop-up In-Person
This pop-up explores comic representation of Native and Indigenous people from the perspective of creators within the community. Murray & Hong Special Collections is privileged to have one of the largest comic art collections, and with that comes the opportunity to amplify the work, research, and voices of the individuals behind the imagery. Please join Comic Studies librarian Jason Larsen for a nuanced, hands-on look at the complexity and importance of representation.
