Special Collections: Black History Month (ONLINE) Online
Naomi Long Madgett, Poet Laureate of Detroit, left a rich legacy as a leading voice in the Black Arts movement and as founder of Detroit's Lotus Press, bringing Black poets to national and international attention. Special Collections owns several first editions of her work.
