Special Collections Pop-up: Books Made of Wood In-Person
The making of books has been intertwined with wood since the Middle Ages, when books were bound with wooden boards, and even retained the marks of the tools used to make them. Now, modern book artists honor this history with handmade books on the topic of wood. Explore both with conservator Garrett Sumner.
