Abstract:  In this workshop participants will explore how curriculum mapping techniques can be used to help design or redesign university courses, especially in relation to assessment, workload estimation, and pedagogical modalities.  After an introduction to mapping and design practices, participants will experiment with curriculum mapping techniques through an exercise designed to surface possibilities for reimagining approaches to pedagogic modes and assessment practices.
