DESCRIPTION:The New Spartan Educators Community of Practice is a welcoming 
 space for new faculty and course instructors at MSU\, designed to support 
 their transition and success. Through engaging sessions\, peer mentoring\, 
 and shared strategies\, this cohort will foster a sense of community\, 
 deepen understanding of MSU’s teaching culture and values\, and empower 
 educators to create meaningful student experiences from the start.\n\nUpon 
 completion of this learning experience\, participants will be able 
 to:\n\n\n	connect and build community with new educator peers\n	locate 
 resources and units to support their teaching\n	better understand MSU's 
 teaching culture and values\n	create meaningful student 
 experiences\n\n\nThe in-person location for this session is: the Center for
