 (Rain location: IM Sports East)\n\nMost Spartans – whether faculty\, 
 staff\, or students – report sitting for long periods of time during 
 their day. Join University Health and Wellbeing for the 10th Annual 
 Exercise is Medicine on Campus Healthy Homecoming Walk at Demonstration 
 Hall Field on Tuesday\, October 7! In addition to celebrating the event’s 
 10th year\, UHW will celebrate 10 years as a gold-level campus with EIM-OC 
 - an illustration of Michigan State University’s commitment to building a 
 culture of care. Make the most of your visit! Stop by the Resource Fair 
 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m to meet with campus resources\, score giveaways 
 and prizes\, and more. Between 1 and 1:45 p.m.\, MSU President Kevin 
 Guskiewicz will issue a proclamation recognizing the importance of physical 
 activity on campus.\n\n\n	Drop-in anytime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m to walk 
 or roll laps at your own pace. Every lap counts toward a friendly 
 competition with other Exercise is Medicine on Campus universities. Log
